Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

United States: 7–12 business days  
Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days  
International orders: 10–20 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on most orders. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs processing, international shipping conditions, or other unforeseen delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. FaysalX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FaysalX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
